5. Intellectual Property

The Petclassify website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Petclassify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

By posting content on Petclassify, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Petclassify serves as a platform connecting pet buyers/adopters with sellers/rescuers. We do not own, sell, or take responsibility for any pets listed on our platform. We do not guarantee the health, breed, age, or temperament of any animal. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Petclassify, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
